Food Pantry

     The Food Pantry is an important part of our church's service to the community.  Word of Life COGIC offers a community food bank as a free service to the community as well as to church members as part of its commitment sharing the love of Christ in a relevant and practical way.  

     We ask clients to register with the Food Pantry either at the church upon receiving their items, or in advance through calling the church office or by email at contact@wordoflifesantacruz.org.   Registration helps ensure that the Food Pantry will have enough food and supplies stocked for all who wish to use it.

     We are constantly in need of volunteers and donations.  Volunteers are needed to sort the food, pack the bags, and to distribute the items on food pantry days.  If you wish to donate, all monetary donations are eligible for a tax write-off and will be issued a tax deductible receipt.
